- Metro Manila: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- Outside Metro Manila: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days
2,Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 13 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation of payment. You wil receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order isshipped.
3,Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. Please ensure your shippingaddress is valid and correct to avoid delays in processing.

1,Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 7 days of the purchasedate,. provided the item is in its oricingl condition and packacing,. To initiate a retum or exchange, the folowingconditions must be met:

- The product(s)must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)is required.
2. How to Return an ltem
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Approval: Once we've reviewed your request, we will provide instructions on how to return theitem.

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable tocancel it. lf you no longer want the order after it has shipped, you can retumm it following our return policy.

3.Do you offer free returns?
We currently do not offer free returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers areresponsible for retum shipping costs for all other returns and exchanges.
4.Can lreturn items purchased from other retailers?
We only accept returns for products purchased directly from O.TWO.O through our official website. Productspurchased from third-party retailers must be retumed to the original place of purchase.
